you didn't say where these are being held gundog. and by whom.
(edit: aaron covered it)
the increasing blind level game sounds interesting. i wonder how it would work in practice.
i am also intrigued by the "lifeline" and what that entails

Ultimate Dare
A player’s hand comprises the player’s two cards and any one of the community cards.
A qualifying hand must comprise two end cards with point values having a difference of at least two and a
middle card having a point value less than one of the end cards and greater than the other of the end cards.
For example, the two end cards might have point values of 4 and 9, respectively and the middle card a point value of 6.
Each qualifying hand is scored by subtracting the point value of the lowest end card from the point value
of the highest end card. In the above example, the score would be 9 – 4 = 5.
The last player in the pot or the player with the lowest score wins.
In the event that two or more players score the same, the player with the highest card in their hand is the winner.
In the case where a player has used an Ace, the Ace is worth the same value that it was used to allow the hand to qualify.
Low = 1 or High = 14. The Ace cannot be revalued.
In the event where no player has qualified, then the winner is determined by the highest card.
Like poker, there are 4 rounds of betting and you can PUSH, RAISE or FOLD. You can also try and bluff your opponent for the pot.
If more than one player left: Ranking of hand
Qualify hand where middle card is in-between two player cards
Lowest point difference
If same point difference, Highest card (Ace must be either high or low to qualify and be given that point value)
Non qualify hand where middle card is not in-between two player cards
Highest card
If first highest card the same, then highest second card.
A drawn hand or push is then determined if none of the above is determined and pot is shared equally.
GAME PLAY:
The player to the left of the dealer is the small blind and must place a bet equal to half of a minimum bet amount.
The player to the left of the small blind is the big blind and must place a bet equal to the minimum bet amount.
The dealer then deals each player a first playing card from left of the dealer button in a clockwise rotation.
A first round of betting follows with players placing bets equal to the minimum bet amount or multiples thereof.
Each player must match the highest total bet made in the round to continue. Players who do not wish to match
the highest total bet must fold and are no longer able to participate in that hand.
Once the first round of betting is complete, the dealer deals each player a second playing card.
A second round of betting follows.
Once the second round of betting is complete, the dealer deals a first community card face up in the middle of the playing table.
A third round of betting follows.
Once the third round of betting is complete, the dealer deals a second community card face up in the middle of the playing table.
A fourth round of betting follows.
Once the fourth round of betting is complete, if two or more players are still yet to fold, then each player shows
their hand and the hands are scored.
At the completion of the game, the dealer button moves to the left and a new hand is dealt.
So if your looking for easy game to learn and play or you want to try something different to the same old
Poker come and give ULTIMATE DARE a go and be one of the first Champions.

What do you mean, you did when you created the thread. Someone was always going to ask what it was about. You gave them free advertising.
