Wed and sundays at 9pm would be sicknuts.
Maybe a 6max tourney with the aforementioned structure on one night, and a heads up tourney on the other?? That would be awesome.

Bugger the online game, why not a re-visit of the live game, except make it a buy in rather than a freeroll.
