Definitely had one of the strangest nights of pub poker ever. Ill explain a few hands.
Placed on a table full of maniacs and stations, so i sat back and waited for good hands, picking up a few small pots.
Hand 1
Just after first break (blinds 100/200) i get [2c][2h] in the big blind. my stack is about 6k.
UTG calls, next to act raises to 500, MP1 calls, MP2 calls, CO calls, Button Calls, SB calls, as do i naturally.
Flop [6d][5h][2s]
SB bets 1k (ai), i flat, MP raises to 2.5k, MP2 calls, i shove for 6k and get on caller who tables [ah][qh]
The player who is all in says "bugger, no matter ill hit a running flush"
Turn [kh]
River [9h]
I was crippled but still in.
A few hands later
I shove K6 from the button, and get called by J9. Flop comes a 9, but i turn a K and double.
Then i get QQ and win another decent pot.
Hand 2
Me BB (17k), Krunchie SB (12k), blinds 1k/2k
I look down at [as][ad]. Krunchie shoves his small blind, i call and he tables [kh][tc]
Krunchie "no matter, ill hit my straight"
Flop [8h][9d][qc]
Turn [jd]
and im crippled again.
I shove a couple of hands with my short stack after that, building up to 10kish.
Hand 3
Im in the cutoff (5 handed) with [8h][6h] and shove my 10kish.
Button reshoves, and so does small blind.
Button [3c][3h]
SB [ac][qc]
Flop [5d][7s][3s]
Turn [kc]
River [9h]
and i scoop a huge one.
Final table
Im on the button with 50k, blinds 2k/4k.
Mid pos flats, and cutoff shoves for 12k. I shove my 50k in with [ah][jd].
But as i do that, small blind (chip leader) calls, as does the mid pos flatter.
Anyway i flop two pair against [10d][10h], [ks][qh] and [6s][6d], it holds and im a guge chip leader.
Play settles down for a while until we are 3 handed. i shove [jh][9d] from the button (for 85k, blinds are 10k/20k) and the BB actually says "screw it im bored" and calls off his 70k with [jc][3s]
Flop [x][x][x][x][3h]
and im crippled again.
Next hand im all in in the big blind and get dealt [js][4d].
Button calls, as does SB and we see a flop of [jd][jh][ad]
YESSSSS. SB checks, Button then shoves, isolating me, but then tables [as][jc] and im drawing dead.
I have never had so many sick races within the space of one night, where i win the ones i should lose and lose when im a huge favourite.

Re: Tuesday night Sickness!
it actually was a lot of fun in a sick way,
still poker would be boring if it was the same every week
You did forget to mention that not only did i predict my straight to crack your aces pre flop, i predicted your straight pre flop to get you back in with 8 6 suited.

Does anyone know how to make money playing uno vs 6 year olds, its about the only card game i get to play these days.

Yeah the player who shoved was Murray Roo, who always picks his cards up off the table, out in front of his face to look at them, so the gallery behind him knew his cards.
When he shoved there was one guy who yelled "OMG bloody check that", i dont think he could help it. Especially as the other live player was a maniac who would shove air into the dry side pot if checked to. lol
